Job Summary

Principal Product Designer, who will work full-time in a remote setting, is responsible for owning the design of new product features and collaborating with product and engineering teams while leveraging AI tools throughout the design process.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design process for new product features, collaborating closely with product and engineering
• Conduct qualitative research and translate user insights into product direction
• Shape product planning as the design voice, partnering with product and engineering from discovery through delivery

• Experience shipping products at a high-growth startup
• Strong ability to translate user research into clear product direction
• Familiarity with AI tools and their application in design processes
