Job Summary

Leading the design vision for major product areas, the full-time remote Principal Product Designer will shape user experiences, drive strategic design initiatives, and collaborate across teams to enhance product maturity and alignment with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design vision and strategy for product areas, influencing product direction and prioritization
• Define and evolve a unified design system, ensuring consistency and quality across all platforms
• Mentor designers and elevate design practices to foster a culture of excellence and continuous learning

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of professional product design experience in complex, multi-product ecosystems
• Deep expertise in UX/UI design, interaction design, and systems thinking
• Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence at the executive level
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
