Principal Product Designer

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Principal Product Designer will support the eCommerce portfolio by enhancing product experiences through human-centered design principles, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and conducting research and testing to validate design effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Expand understanding and application of human-centered design across multiple products
• Leverage mixed-methods research to identify user needs and inform design decisions
• Create and validate design prototypes through experimentation and usability testing

Required Qualifications

• Advanced understanding of Product Design, including research, concept development, and execution
• Experience in identifying opportunities and proposing actionable solutions
• Superior knowledge of human-centered design practices and problem-solving frameworks
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders without formal authority
• Portfolio demonstrating proficiency in the product design process and human-centered design
