Job Summary

To shape cohesive customer experiences, the full-time remote Principal Product Designer will lead design initiatives across multiple product areas, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer journey.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design initiatives that drive consistency, quality, and cohesion across product areas
• Partner with product teams to identify and address friction points in the customer journey
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to ensure product experiences effectively communicate value and align with messaging

Required qualifications

• Strong experience in product design with a proven ability to influence outcomes across teams
• Deep understanding of end-to-end customer journeys and experience design
• Experience with complex, multi-surface products requiring consistency and cohesion
• Ability to connect product experience with marketing and storytelling
• Strong systems thinker with excellent communication and collaboration skills
