Principal Product Designer

Job Summary

Seeking a Principal Product Designer for a full-time remote position who will lead end-to-end product design for the Card Platform, support design needs for the Trust & Invest business, and drive customer insight and research initiatives to enhance user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead product design for the Card Platform, including mobile UX iterations and new product features
• Conduct customer interviews, usability tests, and synthesize findings to inform design decisions
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to shape design requirements and maintain design coherence across multiple user types

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of product design experience, preferably in fintech or regulated environments
• Proven ability to conduct user research and generate insights proactively
• Experience designing for complex, multi-user-type products with diverse needs
• Strong collaboration skills with product managers and engineers
• Familiarity with AI-powered product features and UX considerations is a plus
