Principal Product Designer

Job Summary

As the strategic design lead for the Supply ecosystem, the full-time remote Principal Product Designer will define and drive the design strategy, co-create roadmaps with cross-functional teams, and elevate the quality of design across multiple product areas.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the design strategy for the Supply ecosystem, ensuring a user-centered vision aligns with broader business goals
• Lead cross-domain design initiatives, bringing clarity to multi-team efforts and aligning with senior stakeholders
• Mentor and coach designers, fostering a culture of data-informed design decisions and elevating overall design craft

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a product designer or UX designer with a strong foundation in visual and interaction design
• Proven track record of operating at a strategic level, influencing product direction and shaping roadmaps
• Experience leading design across multiple product areas with accountability for quality and coherence
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with a portfolio showcasing strategic impact and measurable outcomes
• Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools, along with experience in robust design systems
