Principal Product Designer

Job Summary

Combining design craft with product leadership, the full-time remote Principal Product Designer will define UX/UI strategy and lead product direction, driving product strategy from concept through implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Define the vision for product design and oversee the evolution of design systems for consistency across products
• Utilize AI tools to enhance design workflows and mentor designers while providing strategic input to product and engineering leadership
• Conduct research to inform long-term product strategy and evaluate design solutions' impact on user outcomes

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in product and product design leadership, particularly for SaaS products
• Track record of using AI tools to accelerate design processes
• Experience in user/customer research, including execution and insight identification
• Demonstrated ability to communicate product and design strategy effectively to senior leadership
• Experience in new product development and launching products from concept to market
