Principal Product Designer

Job Summary

Leading the end-to-end design experience, the full-time Principal Product Designer will develop a robust design system, create user-centric interfaces, and leverage customer insights to enhance educational resources in a remote UK setting.

Key responsibilities

• Set design standards and oversee the creation and maintenance of a cohesive design system across all platforms
• Design intuitive user interfaces and ensure a seamless user experience through wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate user research into actionable design insights and support the product development process

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• At least 8 years of experience in product design focused on user-centered design projects across web and apps
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong portfolio showcasing design process, user research, and final designs
• Experience implementing accessibility standards and best practices
