Principal Product Designer

Job Summary

As the founding Principal Product Designer in a remote capacity, the successful candidate will design and build new AI features, shape product aesthetics and interactions, and collaborate closely with engineering and product teams while shipping UI through Subframe.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build new AI features end to end
• Shape product appearance and behavior alongside the product lead
• Run user testing and integrate feedback into design work

Required qualifications

• Strong portfolio demonstrating product and brand design
• Expertise in visual design and motion graphics
• Experience with AI integration in design workflows
• Proficient in Figma, particularly with auto layout
• Ability to work collaboratively with other designers and engineers
