Principal Product Designer

Job Summary

Experienced in leading design projects, the full-time remote Principal Product Designer will manage the entire design process from problem definition to launch, collaborate with sales and engineering teams, and establish craft standards and processes for the design team.

Key responsibilities

• Shape project scope and client engagement through collaboration with sales and delivery teams
• Execute UX, UI, interactive prototyping, user research, and design systems while facilitating workshops and feedback sessions
• Define and uphold design processes and standards, mentoring designers to enhance team capabilities

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in a design lead role with a proven track record of launching products
• Experience mentoring designers and enhancing team craft
• Strong understanding of AI's role in design practices
• Proficiency in UX and UI design, interactive prototyping, and data visualization
• Ability to navigate ambiguity in both design and business contexts
