Principal Product Designer

Job Summary

To support a cohesive product experience, the full-time remote Principal Product Designer will manage the design system, focusing on token architecture, Figma-to-code parity, and the unification of component libraries across multiple products.

Key responsibilities

• Audit existing component libraries and product experiences to create a unified design system
• Own and drive the token architecture for design and code consistency across products
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure Figma-to-code parity and maintain the design system's integrity

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in visual and product design, with a focus on design systems
• Deep understanding of token architecture and mastery of Figma as a design tool
• Proven experience utilizing AI tools to enhance design processes
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
• Experience in ambiguous environments, building structures from the ground up
