Principal Product Designer

Job Summary

Leading the development of a comprehensive design system, the full-time remote Principal Product Designer will collaborate with product, technology, and leadership teams to create and implement a user-centered UX design system, ensuring consistency and efficiency across Neumo's product portfolio.

Key responsibilities:

• Drive the creation and organization of Neumo's visual design system, collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize product strategy
• Guide product teams in designing and iterating components for inclusive user experiences while managing the design system roadmap
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and advocate for user needs throughout the product development process

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in UX/UI design within a B2B enterprise SaaS environment, with a strong portfolio demonstrating systematic product thinking
• Previous experience managing design teams and shared design libraries, ideally in Figma
• Expertise in modular-based, responsive design and a solid understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles
• Experience working with full-featured design systems and collaborating in an agile/scrum development process
• Strong communication skills and the ability to advocate for design decisions based on best practices and user research
