Job Summary

Seeking a highly adaptable Principal Product Designer, AI Native for a full-time remote position, responsible for establishing strategic direction and product vision, mentoring team members, and leading major design initiatives across Pinterest's business products.

Key responsibilities:

• Establish the strategic direction and product vision for integrating AI-based assistive tools into consumer products
• Lead major design initiatives and communicate the design team's efforts across the organization
• Mentor and grow talent within the team while setting and refining design quality standards

Required qualifications:

• 12+ years of experience in product design with a proven track record of delivering high-quality user experiences
• Experience with large language models (LLMs), prompt shaping, and AI product flows
• A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and expertise in product design and strategy
• Ability to inspire and mentor team members, fostering their professional growth
• Bachelor's degree in design or a related field, or equivalent experience
