Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Principal Product Designer will lead design initiatives across multiple product areas to enhance customer experiences, ensuring cohesion and quality while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design initiatives that drive consistency and quality across product areas
• Partner with product teams to identify and address friction points in the customer journey
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to ensure product experiences effectively communicate value

Required qualifications

• Strong experience in product design with a proven track record of cross-team collaboration
• Deep understanding of end-to-end customer journeys and experience design
• Experience with complex, multi-surface products emphasizing consistency and cohesion
• Ability to connect product experience with marketing and storytelling
• Strong systems thinker with excellent communication and collaboration skills
