Principal Product Designer

Job Summary

Seeking a seasoned Principal Product Designer, this full-time remote role will lead design strategy across multiple business units, guide the work of other designers, and drive product development improvements while managing executive stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead design strategy and vision for overall user experience across various products
• Direct and mentor other designers, ensuring high-quality design output
• Manage cross-functional partnerships to enhance the product development process

Required qualifications:

• At least 10 years of Product Design experience, with 2 years in a startup environment
• Proven ability to influence design practices and output through leadership
• Experience working on direct-to-consumer products in a high-velocity environment
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality design work and storytelling
• Demonstrated experience in leading projects from discovery to implementation
