Job Summary

Experienced in product strategy and design, the full-time remote Principal Product Designer will shape product vision, simplify complex problems into elegant solutions, and elevate design quality across the organization while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design vision for complex, cross-functional initiatives, aligning experiences with customer and business goals
• Translate ambiguous product challenges into clear and accessible design solutions
• Champion strong visual and interaction design, setting the standard for design quality at scale

Required qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience designing digital products, including time at a Lead or Principal level
• Proven ability to own high-impact problems and provide clear product direction
• Exceptional visual and interaction design skills with a focus on quality and detail
• Strong systems thinking, designing scalable solutions rather than one-off fixes
• Experience integrating AI into design workflows to enhance productivity and exploration
