Principal Product Designer
Job Summary
Collaborating with Product Management and Engineering, the remote contract Principal Product Designer will lead design initiatives within the Quotes domain, focusing on delivering user-centric digital experiences and streamlining complex workflows.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead design initiatives across major features and end-to-end workflows, driving projects from discovery through delivery
- Translate complex business requirements into intuitive user experiences and produce end-to-end deliverables including prototypes and design specifications
- Plan and execute user research and usability testing to validate concepts and inform design decisions
Required qualifications:
- 7+ years of professional Product/UX Design experience with a strong portfolio of complex enterprise digital products
- Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, UX Design, or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of delivering user-centered design solutions for multi-step workflows or complex systems
- Deep expertise in Figma and modern prototyping tools, with an understanding of front-end development practices
- Experience working within Agile methodologies alongside engineering teams throughout the implementation lifecycle
