Principal Product Designer
Job Summary
As a Principal Product Designer, this remote full-time position will own the end-to-end experience strategy for a mobile app, inventing interaction patterns for agentic AI in healthcare while collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape product roadmaps and drive innovative design solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and drive mission-critical design initiatives that shape the business trajectory
- Pioneer new interaction patterns for AI systems that operate autonomously on behalf of users
- Lead design strategy across interconnected member journeys, ensuring alignment with cross-functional partners
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of product/UX design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating high craft in interaction and visual design
- Experience designing agentic AI experiences where AI takes proactive actions
- Proven ability to create original interaction patterns in spaces with no prior art
- Recognized thought leader in design with strong communication and storytelling skills
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field or equivalent experience
