Principal Product Designer

Job Summary

Driving the design strategy for a major product pillar, the full-time remote Principal Product Designer will lead complex product initiatives, influence cross-organizational decisions, and mentor a small team of designers while solving ambiguous design challenges.

Key responsibilities:

• Define the long-term UX vision and design strategy, aligning with company objectives and user needs
• Own the end-to-end design lifecycle for complex product areas, delivering scalable and accessible solutions
• Act as the highest-level design authority, influencing stakeholders across various teams to drive consensus and decisions

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or Interaction Design with a proven track record of launching complex products
• Demonstrated experience in defining and driving design strategy for an entire product vertical or platform
• An outstanding portfolio showcasing mastery across the design process with a focus on systemic thinking and data-informed strategy
• Deep understanding of modern software architecture and technical constraints to effectively collaborate with engineering teams
• Exceptional ability to articulate complex design concepts and strategies to non-design audiences, including executives
