Principal Product Designer

Job Summary

A global nonprofit is seeking a Principal Product Designer for a remote position.

Key responsibilities include:

• Contribute to the product strategy and vision, establish objectives, and lead the design process
• Advance the Product Design culture by evolving the design system and improving processes
• Plan and lead reviews, pitches, and feedback sessions to communicate strategy and value

Required qualifications, training, and education:

• 7 to 9 years of experience as a Product Designer
• Specialized knowledge in user experience, visual design, and user research
• Competency in presentation and pitching, new product development, and retention & engagement methodologies
