Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Product Designer, Design Systems

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the design of the design system, including visual style, UI components, and interaction patterns
• Establish and maintain design guidelines, best practices, and standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and implementation of the design system

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design, specifically with design systems
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating and maintaining design systems for large-scale products
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
• Excellent understanding of front-end development technologies and their impact on design
