Job Summary

Guiding the development and optimization of a diverse product portfolio, the full-time remote Principal Product Development Manager will oversee the product development process, ensuring effective advancement from concept through launch while driving measurable business and clinical outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the product development roadmap aligned with organizational goals and market demand, leading end-to-end strategy and planning
• Conduct market and competitive analyses to inform product differentiation and oversee the full product lifecycle, ensuring strategic alignment and regulatory compliance
• Serve as a key liaison across the organization, leading multidisciplinary teams to ensure unified execution of product strategies and resolving cross-functional barriers

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in product development
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex initiatives
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
• Experience with data-informed decision making and customer-centered design
