Principal Product Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Product Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead small cross-functional teams of engineers to deliver high-quality releases on time
• Own the software architecture across the team's functional area and champion AI technologies in the development lifecycle
• Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and advocate for best practices to enhance engineering standards

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience leading cross-functional engineering teams of 4-6 engineers
• Expertise in building frontend applications with React and Typescript or backend systems with Elixir and Phoenix
• Experience working with relational databases and Typescript with GraphQL
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, including infrastructure and deployments
• Proficiency in leveraging AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality
