Principal Product Manager

Job Summary

To drive customer results through innovative solutions, the full-time remote Principal Product Manager will define and standardize platform solutions, shape user experiences on the FlexAnywhere platform, and serve as a cross-functional champion for use case development across product, sales, and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define end-to-end solution frameworks and develop repeatable solution blueprints tailored to customer segments
• Translate solution requirements into inputs for data center design standards and partner with Product Managers on future capabilities
• Equip sales teams with value-driven messaging and collaborate with marketing on solution positioning

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in data centers, colocation, cloud infrastructure, or related technology fields
• Proven experience translating technical concepts into customer-facing solutions
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
• Comfortable engaging with senior customers, partners, and internal executives
• Understanding of interconnection, hybrid cloud models, and data center architectures
