Job Summary

Leading the vision and strategy for the Firefly Graph ecosystem, the full-time Principal Product Manager will establish long-term goals, define user experiences, and collaborate with design and engineering teams to enhance graph-based systems in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Establish the long-term vision and strategy for the Graph platform, including plugins, APIs, and interoperability
• Define optimal user experiences for graph-based authoring across various user skill levels
• Lead discovery efforts to understand user workflows and collaborate with teams to address technical challenges

Required qualifications

• 8-12+ years of product management experience with ownership of complex technical products
• Strong systems thinking and understanding of interconnected components
• Empathy for power users and creators requiring accuracy and adaptability
• Experience working with technical engineering teams on architecture-heavy systems
• Background in developer tools, creative tools, or related fields is a plus
