Principal Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Product Manager for Cloud Pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the vision and roadmap for Data Plane products, including OpenTelemetry, Logstash, Beats, and Elastic Agent
• Partner with engineering and technical leads to prioritize the roadmap and estimate delivery timelines
• Interface with customers and the community to gather feedback and develop product insights

Required Qualifications

• Experience leading data products in a comparable growth-stage environment
• Strong technical background in edge data collection or ETL for observability/security data
• Proven ability to drive strategy and execute effectively with a customer-first approach
• Experience managing multiple product lines with clear ownership and decision-making
• Experience working with globally distributed teams and client/user bases
