Principal Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Product Manager to drive the strategic direction and execution of their product suite.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute a 12+ month product strategy aligned with company priorities and market needs
• Drive clarity and prioritization across ambiguous and evolving problem spaces
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align teams around product vision, goals, and execution plans

Qualifications & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in product management, ideally in enterprise SaaS or fintech
• Proven success in resolving ambiguity and leading high-impact initiatives across cross-functional teams
• Experience building and scaling products for multiple personas in a B2B/B2B2C environment
• Deep understanding of agile development and modern product discovery practices
• Proficient in data-driven decision-making and connecting strategy to KPIs such as ARR and engagement metrics
