Principal Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Product Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the strategic vision for the Intelligent Mission Environment in collaboration with co-founders and key stakeholders
• Develop expertise in relevant domains and train internal staff on customer domains related to cyber and national security operations
• Lead engineering teams to implement and iterate on software systems while balancing speed, effectiveness, security, and compliance

Qualifications:

• 7-10 years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles within defense, intelligence, or cyber operations
• Proven track record in relevant fields such as DoD, Mission Operations, and cyber operations, with eligibility for US security clearance
• Ability to foresee market trends and translate them into actionable product strategies
• Strong ability to align product roadmaps with business goals for revenue growth
• Exceptional leadership skills with a collaborative mindset for guiding cross-functional teams
