Principal Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Product Manager to lead the strategy and development of an AI-powered compliance and risk platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy for a cohesive AI-native platform integrating risk, compliance, and internal tools
• Collaborate with engineering and AI/ML teams to enhance internal products and ensure scalable infrastructure
• Identify business opportunities and process inefficiencies, and develop solutions to improve compliance and risk operations

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in KYC, AML, or Sanctions technologies, preferably in Fintech or crypto sectors
• Experience in compliance policy, product, or engineering within banking, consulting, or cryptocurrency
• Demonstrated ability to mentor product managers and influence cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven decision-making approach
• Deep understanding of money laundering and terrorist financing typologies
