Principal Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Product Manager, Design Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision for design systems aligned with company priorities and customer needs
• Collaborate with CAD, ML, and engineering teams to develop scalable, high-performance tools for dental design
• Conduct customer discovery and market research to inform product roadmaps and identify innovation opportunities

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product management, managing software products through the full lifecycle
• Experience building 3D and/or CAD design systems
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives
• Technical competence to discuss APIs and services with engineering teams
• Proven ability to think strategically and develop impactful product roadmaps
