Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Technical Product Manager (Billing & Charging) to join their Product & PMO Team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Product specialists in billing and financial systems, ensuring compliance and system stability
• Manage the roadmap for billing system improvements and future integrations, collaborating with Finance and Engineering
• Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and drive quality improvements across operational teams

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant Product Management experience in an agile software development environment
• Experience in the telecommunications industry, specifically with billing systems
• Proven ability to manage teams and vendor relationships effectively
• Strong analytical skills and experience with Agile project management tools
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to various audiences
