Principal Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Product Manager to lead the development of complex software products for aerospace engineering and defense customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and test product hypotheses through customer research and data analysis, translating market needs into product strategies
• Lead user research initiatives to prioritize customer outcomes and ensure problem-solution fit before development
• Collaborate with UX, design, and engineering teams to deliver user-centric solutions while managing product priorities and technical trade-offs

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product management or software engineering with increasing responsibility
• Proven ability to define and deliver products in technical domains, including simulation tools or digital engineering workflows
• Experience conducting effective customer interviews and translating insights into product direction
• Deep collaboration experience with UX and design teams to create highly usable technical tools
• Hands-on experience in early-stage startup environments, thriving in ambiguity and limited resources
