Principal Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Product Manager, Distribution to lead their distribution organization responsible for B2B and B2C channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the distribution and fulfillment team for lodging, cars, and homes across B2B and B2C partners
• Develop and own product strategy for inventory distribution to external bed banks and aggregators
• Oversee partner integrations and maintain the health of the technical distribution stack

Required Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 2+ years in a senior or lead PM capacity
• Proven experience owning product strategy and roadmaps in travel, marketplaces, or e-commerce
• Deep understanding of partner integrations, APIs, pricing systems, and financial reconciliation
• Strong experience with metrics-driven product development and defining KPIs
• Analytical thinker with the ability to navigate complex technical and business domains
