Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience, particularly in Mortgage Lending technology
• Proven track record of delivering complex products or platforms at scale
• Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels
• Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; advanced degree a plus
