Principal Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Product Manager for Capacity and Time Tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive a cohesive product strategy for capacity planning and time tracking solutions
• Lead end-to-end roadmap ownership for multiple products, balancing innovation and customer value
• Maintain deep customer empathy through regular conversations and feedback analysis

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years leading complex or multi-product portfolios
• Experience in work management, capacity planning, portfolio management, or time tracking products
• Strong familiarity with the Atlassian ecosystem (Jira, Confluence)
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
• Comfortable leveraging analytics and insights to inform product decisions
