Principal Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Product Manager (AI/ML Personalization Platform).

Key Responsibilities

• Scale and optimize the personalization engine using machine learning to enhance patient financial journeys
• Define the multi-year AI roadmap for creating AI-driven patient experiences
• Act as an internal champion for product squads by providing APIs and documentation for seamless platform integration

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of product leadership experience, with at least 3 years in ML-driven personalization or recommendation systems
• Fluency in AI/ML concepts, including data pipelines and model training
• Expertise in experimentation design and data interpretation
• Experience in building foundational capabilities such as SDKs or APIs
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills, capable of aligning technical and non-technical teams
