Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Product Manager (AI/ML Personalization Platform).

Key Responsibilities

• Scale and optimize the personalization engine using ML capabilities to enhance patient financial journeys
• Own the intelligence strategy by defining a multi-year roadmap for AI-driven patient experiences
• Enable product squads by creating clear APIs and documentation for seamless platform integration

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of product leadership experience, with at least 3 years focused on ML-driven personalization
• Fluency in AI/ML concepts including data pipelines and model training
• Expertise in experimentation design and data interpretation
• Experience in building foundational capabilities like SDKs and APIs
• Proven cross-functional leadership skills to align technical and non-technical teams
