Principal Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Product Manager (AI/ML Personalization Platform).

Key Responsibilities

• Scale and optimize the personalization engine using ML capabilities to enhance patient financial journeys
• Own the intelligence strategy by defining a multi-year roadmap for AI-driven patient journeys
• Enable product squads by defining APIs and documentation to unlock platform value across the organization

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of product leadership experience, including 3 years focused on ML-driven personalization or recommendation systems
• Fluency in AI/ML, including understanding data pipelines and model training
• Expertise in experimentation design and data interpretation
• Experience building foundational capabilities such as SDKs and APIs
• Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills to align technical and non-technical stakeholders
