Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Product Manager, Rentals Applications & Screening.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the multi-year product strategy and roadmap for the screening ecosystem, focusing on identity verification and regulatory compliance
• Partner with Engineering to enhance the screening platform's scalability, reliability, and speed
• Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure fairness in screening decisions and define success metrics

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in Product Management, particularly in consumer-facing technology products
• Experience in regulated environments handling sensitive data or high transaction volumes
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and executives
• Customer-obsessed mindset with a focus on delivering market-embraced products
