Principal Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Product Manager, Payments.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the vision and strategic plan for the payments ecosystem, analyzing market trends and presenting to leadership
• Lead product strategy for an AI-based payments orchestration layer to optimize approval rates and reduce costs
• Act as a key advisor on payments, mentoring product and engineering teams to ensure sound and scalable technical decisions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
• 15+ years of experience in Product Management, focusing on high-volume FinTech, eCommerce, or payments platforms
• Familiarity with the global payments landscape and experience with payment processing systems
• Experience in building strategic roadmaps and managing release cycles for complex systems
• Collaboration experience with engineering, data science, finance, legal, and operations teams
