Principal Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Product Manager, Affiliate & KOL.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and scale the affiliate growth strategy for the US and regulated markets
• Build and manage a diverse affiliate ecosystem, including networks, KOLs, and publishers
• Lead cross-functional teams to optimize performance metrics and ensure clean attribution

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in growth, affiliate, partnerships, or product-led growth roles
• Proven track record in owning affiliate or partnership growth from strategy to execution
• Strong product mindset with an understanding of systems, funnels, and scalability
• Experience driving growth in the US market, particularly in regulated environments
• A strong network of affiliates, KOLs, or growth partners with a history of converting relationships into results
