Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Product Manager - Compliance Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the compliance rules, data structures, and logic for the full employee lifecycle
• Ensure compliance of EOR, COR, and Global Payroll products across 150+ jurisdictions
• Partner with Legal and Operations to create automated, self-serve workflows

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in delivering complex platforms in regulated or data-heavy domains
• Proven ability to translate complex regulations into intuitive products
• Strong technical fluency and collaboration skills with engineering teams
• Experience in aligning strategy and execution with legal and operations teams
• Demonstrated ambition and focus on measurable impact in product development
