Principal Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Product Manager to manage the product roadmap and execute strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the product roadmap to ensure alignment with strategic priorities and measurable business impact
• Conduct structured opportunity assessments, including competitive positioning and business value modeling
• Partner closely with Engineering to ensure feasibility and alignment on initiative scope and success criteria

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or regulated environments
• Demonstrated experience owning multi-quarter roadmaps and managing complex cross-functional initiatives
• Strong analytical skills for modeling business impact and investment tradeoffs
• Experience collaborating with Engineering on scope definition and delivery planning
• Ability to operate effectively in a small, high-growth environment
