Principal Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Product Manager to shape the future of enterprise AI and drive quality at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product strategy, vision, and specifications for AI agents to enhance quality across specialized enterprise workloads
• Establish success metrics and leverage data-driven insights to evaluate product performance and impact
• Collaborate with a global, cross-functional team to drive end-to-end product delivery and advance shift-left testing initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management or software development OR equivalent experience
• 1+ years experience in AI/ML technologies with a focus on customer empathy and solution impact
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud platforms including IaaS and SaaS
• 2+ years of working knowledge in SAP systems architecture or other mission-critical enterprise workloads
