Principal Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Product Manager to lead initiatives in Human Risk Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for HRCC capabilities and lead strategic product initiatives from concept to launch
• Build processes to track at-risk accounts and manage customer escalations related to HRCC product issues
• Drive cross-functional accountability and maintain documentation and communication for programs owned

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, with 3+ years in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
• Proven track record of owning product features from discovery through delivery and adoption
• Familiarity with risk management concepts and ability to engage in technical discussions
• Experience with product analytics tools to track adoption and inform prioritization
• Experience mentoring other PMs or leading through influence without direct authority
