Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Define the vision and long-term strategy for AI-native customer support
• Lead the development of AI agent workflows and ensure compliance and oversight
• Own the end-to-end product roadmap and collaborate with cross-functional teams for execution

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience in enterprise software
• Proven success in building products from inception to market
• Experience shipping machine learning or AI products to production
• Familiarity with customer support platforms or CRM systems
• Strong technical skills to collaborate with engineering and AI teams
