Principal Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Product Manager - Strategic Intelligence and Technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and articulate a product vision for consulting workforce automation, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Define and deliver AI-powered capabilities that support consultants and improve engagement outcomes
• Collaborate with engineering and consulting teams to translate workflow knowledge into product requirements and drive execution from concept to scale

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience, with significant time in management consulting at the Engagement Manager level or higher
• Experience in healthcare consulting, with familiarity in provider, payer, or health system environments
• Background in product management or technology-oriented roles, particularly with AI-enabled or data-intensive products
• Technical fluency to engage in discussions on architecture and AI technologies
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
