Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Product Manager, SMB.

Key Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and execution for critical SMB product areas to ensure cohesive delivery of customer and financial outcomes
• Define a clear product vision and multi-quarter roadmap aligned with company goals and customer needs
• Lead customer-facing product innovation and serve as the end-to-end product owner for performance across various business metrics

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience with accountability for significant business outcomes
• Experience in owning large, complex product areas from strategy through launch and measurable impact
• Significant experience with customer-facing digital products for SMB or similar audiences
• Strong business acumen with experience influencing revenue and growth metrics
• Experience in driving cross-functional alignment in complex environments
