Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience in consumer-facing or member-facing digital products
• Experience in ambiguous environments, defining product strategy and driving stakeholder alignment
• Proven track record in defining and measuring engagement strategies
• Healthcare experience, preferably in care delivery or digital health
• Genuine excitement about AI's potential to transform consumer experiences
