Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Product Manager to lead strategy for a distributed team supporting federal healthcare initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy and vision for the Hospital Quality Reporting program, ensuring alignment with executive stakeholders
• Mentor product staff and drive cross-team collaboration to enhance product management practices
• Identify opportunities for organic growth and support business development initiatives within the program

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience at the Principal or equivalent senior level in Product Management
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Deep understanding of consulting dynamics and experience with executive stakeholders
• Proven ability to influence and align diverse teams without formal authority
• Experience owning long-term product vision and strategy across complex programs
